- Who is the Data Controller?

- Who is responsible for the protection of personal data (D.P.O.)?
AGEOP RICERCA – ODV has appointed the lawyer Ilaria Duccilli as Personal Data Protection Officer (D.P.O.), reachable at the following addresses: e-mail studiolegale@duccilli.it ; pec: ilaria.duccilli@ordineavvocatibopec.it.
- What is the purpose, the legal basis of the processing and the nature of the provision of personal data?
The processing of personal data is aimed at sending, with your express consent, by e-mail, post and telephone, communications (newsletters), feedback questionnaires, informative material (such as our newsletter) and promotional material relating to the activities, initiatives and projects organized for young patients with cancer, by our Association or by other Associations and / or organizations with which we collaborate in order to guarantee you the best possible assistance. We will therefore be able to contact you to offer you to participate in activities such as: recreational activities, excursions, trips, summer camps, vacations, sporting events, markets, which may be of your interest or to inform you about our projects that you can support through donations, 5×1000.
The processing of your data may only take place with your express consent, pursuant to Article 6. 1 letter a) G.D.P.R., revocable at any time, without prejudice to the processing carried out on the consent given before the revocation.
The provision of data is optional; any refusal to provide them, however, will make it impossible to inform you about the activities, initiatives and projects organized by us or by the other associations we collaborate with.
- How will personal data be processed?
Personal data will be processed with methods and procedures strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes specified in point 3, on paper, computer and telematic means, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. It will be carried out only by subjects expressly authorized by the undersigned data controller, such as our employees and volunteers.
- Who is the personal data disclosed to?
Your data may be disclosed: – to companies that ship informative and promotional material for communication campaigns; – to subjects that provide management and maintenance services of the AGEOP RICERCA – ODV information system; – to subjects that provide management and organization software for AGEOP RICERCA – ODV, appointed as Data Processors where necessary.
In case of adhesion to the proposed initiatives and activities, AGEOP RICERCA – ODV may communicate your data to hospital and local social workers and to other Associations or organizations in order to allow you to participate in the proposed initiatives and activities (such as events, holidays, trips, etc.).
- Who is the personal data transferred to?
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations and will not be disseminated.
- How long will the personal data be kept?
We will keep your data until you revoke your consent, that is, as long as you are interested in keeping in touch with AGEOP RICERCA – ODV to find out about its activities and initiatives.
- What are your rights?
At any time, in the manner and within the limits established by current legislation, you have the right to: – request access to your personal data (Article 15 of the G.D.P.R.); – to request the correction of inaccurate data or the integration of incomplete ones (Article 16 of the G.D.P.R.); – to request the cancellation of your personal data (“right to be forgotten” Article 17 of the G.D.P.R.); – to the limitation of processing (Article 18 of the G.D.P.R.); – to the portability of your data, understood as the right to receive from AGEOP RICERCA – ODV the data in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device, and to request its transmission to another data controller without impediments, if this is technically feasible ( Article 20 of the G.D.P.R.); – to revoke the consent given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation; – to oppose the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by Article 21 of the G.D.P.R .; – to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.garanteprivacy.it).
